Schedule, Tuition, Fees, and Discounts

Our official business hours are 07:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. On Saturday’s we offer tours by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays and certain holidays. We offer three types of enrollment schedules ; Full-Day, Full Day + One Option, and Full Day Full Options. Our Full Day hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. and our options that you can add to the Full Day Schedule are Early Drop-off Option and Late Pick-up Option. All schedules are for 5 days per week. All schedules come with the option of Flexible Attendance  for free, which frees parents from any minimum attendance requirement and from restrictions on time of drop-off and time of pick-up (so long they adhere to the schedule they registered for) . Full Day

Early Drop-Off Option

$1,350monthly
  • Full-Day 09:00 AM – 4:00 PM + One Option: Early Drop-off 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM — OR — Late Pick-up 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Extended Day

$1,500monthly
  • Full-Day 09:00 AM – 4:00 PM + Both Options: Early Drop-off 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM — AND– Late Pick-up 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Application & Registration Fees

Application Fee ($100):

The Application Fee is a non-refundable $100 due at the time you submit your application. This fee is your reservation of one of the 14 spots available in our school (our maximum capacity is 14 children) for 30 days while you complete all the forms in the Enrollment Packet which includes forms required by the State and forms required by the school. At least two of the forms required by the State must be completed by your child’s health care provider.

Annual Registration Fee (Enrollment/Re-Enrollment) ($150): 

This Registration Fee is paid at the time of registration and annually till the child’s graduation, withdrawal or transfer. This fee is paid to confirm Enrollment/Re-enrollment for a current or an upcoming school year.  This fee also covers the cost of any work, play, art, napping supplies purchased for your child as they start their school year in Maha Montessori. This Fee is is non-refundable.  

Waiting List Fee ($40): 

A $40 Waiting List Fee is assessed if you would like your child’s name be added to Maha Montessori’s waiting list to reserve your child’s order on the list and to ensure that only those who are genuinely willing to wait for a spot are on the list. This fee in non-refundable, but upon a spot becomes available you will only by required to pay $60 to complete this $40 fee to $100 Application fee. 

Emergency Kit Fee ($50): 

Each Child must have an Emergency Kit at the school to user it in case of emergencies (e.g. Earth quakes). This is a regulatory requirement for Child Care Facilities . This kit is normally supplied by parents. For a list of items to consider in your child’s Emergency Kit, check the Nutrition & Safety section of our website. If parents opt for the school to supply the Emergency Kit, a $50 fee is charged and payable on registration.

Last Month Refund Deposit ($600)

$600 of the last month’s tuition must be paid as a refundable deposit, with the first month’s tuition. This deposit is fully refundable if upon your withdrawal of your child from our school, you submit the drop-out notice before the 16th of the last month. If otherwise cancellation or drop-out notice is received on or after the 16th of the calendar month, the refundable amount is prorated to cover our 15 days advance notice policy. Ex. if parents notify the school on the 24th of the month that this is their last month with the school. Whereas the balance of the month (6 days) is already covered by the month’s tuition (Tuition is paid on the 1st of each month). 6 days is still 9 days short from our 15 days’ notice rule. As such, 9 days are charged to the Last Month Refund Deposit and the remaining balance of the Last Month Refund Deposit is refunded.

Out of Schedule Fees

Out of Schedule Fees:

Out of Schedule fees in the event that I drop-off my child earlier than his/her schedule or pick-up my child later than his/her schedule:

  • 20 cents per minute
  • $2 per 10 minutes
  • $12 per hour

Drop-Out and Cancellation

15 days notice required. refund starts from the 16th day till the 30/31 day per the following formula: (Monthly Tuition/30) x Number of days from the 16th day till the 30/31

Discounts and Promotions

Any Day Starter: 

Tuition will be prorated to the number of days left in the month when both of the  following conditions are met: 

  1. The child’s start day is within less than 30 days from the date of submitting the application.
  2. The child’s start date is not the 1st, 2nd. or 3rd business day of the calendar month.
